Far and Away, Battier Is the Best
There is no telling how Shane Battier will do in the NBA but there is no doubt that he has mastered college basketball, writes Michael Wilbon. Battier was simply the best player on the floor Monday and by far the best in the NCAA.

Taking on Establishment Is Never Easy
In sports, few things are harder than reversing a status quo that has existed for decades. When one school establishes a dynasty, as Duke has in the ACC, they become harder to beat, writes Thomas Boswell.

The Terps returned to College Park on Sunday.
Recap: For the Terps, good went quickly to bad Saturday.
Michael Wilbon: Jason Williams really is that good.

Different Stage, Same Character
For those of you expecting a new, liberated Gary Williams since Maryland reached the Final Four, you have the wrong guy. He is still a coach and he will continue to do the things the way he always has, writes Tony Kornheiser.
