The U.S. Defense Department has not yet determined whether former Iraqi president Saddam Hussein should be officially declared an "enemy prisoner of war," a status that would grant him the full range of rights and privileges accorded to war prisoners under the Geneva Convention, a senior Pentagon spokesman said today.
