You may not insert any intermediate page, splash page or other content between the City Guide To Go link and the applicable washingtonpost.com web page.

Suggestions/Feedback:

You agree that any suggestions, comments or other feedback ("Feedback") you offer to WPNI with respect to the WPNI City Guide To Go Service is and will be given entirely voluntarily. WPNI shall be free to use, disclose, reproduce, license or otherwise distribute and exploit Feedback provided to it as it sees fit.

Right to Discontinue WPNI City Guide To Go Service:

WPNI reserves the right to discontinue providing any or all of the WPNI City Guide To Go Service at any time and to require you to cease displaying, distributing or otherwise using any or all of the City Guide To Go Content for any reason including, without limitation, your violation of any provision of these Terms of Use and/or the washingtonpost.com User Agreement and Privacy Policy. WPNI and its parent and affiliates, and their directors, officers, managers, employees, shareholders, agents, and licensors, assume no liability for any of your activities in connection with the City Guide To Go Content and/or the WPNI City Guide To Go Service or for your use of the City Guide To Go Content and/or the WPNI City Guide To Go Service in connection with your website, computer or MP3 player.

INDEMNIFICATION:

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WPNI and its parent and affiliates, and their directors, officers, managers, employees, shareholders, agents, and licensors, from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from any violation of this Agreement or the washingtonpost.com User Agreement and Privacy Policy, or the failure to fulfill any obligations relating to your account incurred by you or any other person using your account. We reserve the right to take over the exclusive defense of any claim for which we are entitled to indemnification under this Section. In such event, you shall provide us with such cooperation as is reasonably requested by us.
