Raise Your Game: Thanksgiving Edition

These techniques are designed to improve a home cook's basic Thanksgiving recipes. They come courtesy of Rick Rodgers, a New York food writer with more than 30 cookbooks to his credit. He has earned a reputation as one of the nation's premier culinary instructors and has tested recipes for some of the most popular cookbooks in the country. His latest book is "Autumn Gatherings" (William Morrow, 2008).
