The newest Nook tablet is the Nook HD, with a seven-inch screen and high-definition resolution. Compared to similar tablets such as the Kindle Fire HD, Samsung’s Galaxy Tab 2 7.0 and Google’s Nexus 7, it has a higher resolution and weighs less.
