The Right Way to Fight Global Warming?

Today, if all goes according to plan, the House will vote on a massive energy bill that aims to roll back America’s greenhouse gas emissions to a fraction of what they were in 2005. The
editorial board argues
that the 1,201-page bill is far from ideal, relying on a complex system of mandates and subsidies that might dilute its efficiency and effectiveness, and is not ready to see Congress settle so early in the legislative process.
What do you think?
