Over at The Guardian today, Stuart Heritage -- his tongue firmly in his cheek -- suggests that it comes down to "The Shining" or "Paranormal Activity." After evaluating the two on various important critera (best title, best Internet parodies), he determines that "The Shining" is, in fact, the most terrifying story ever committed to celluloid.
