On Tuesday night, Bloomingdale’s Chevy Chase was all geeked out for Geek 2 Chic. Co-produced by Bloomingdale’s and Microsoft, Geek 2 Chic styled Washington’s tech leaders into dapper runway models. Strutting looks from Hugo Boss, Salvatore Ferragamo, Burberry and others, the “geeks” looked haute on the catwalk! See below for list of participating models.
In addition to the runway show, attendees enjoyed cocktails, small bites and played games on Microsoft’s Kinect. The after-party was held at L2 Lounge in Georgetown where models got to cut loose and mingle with attendees. Kudos to Microsoft’s Mark Drapeau, the Executive Producer of Geek 2 Chic, for a great event.
Proceeds from Geek 2 Chic benefited the Network for Teaching Entrepreneurship (NFTE), an organization that helps students in high-need schools succeed in future careers in business.
