"Unlike my opponents, I have a proven record for getting results for Loudoun County. Transportation, education, family values and low taxes are my top priorities."
"As a member of the Transportation Committee, improving transportation is my top priority. In 2002, I introduced HB 426, which provided the only new money for transportation to Northern Virginia. This year, we broke ground on the Route 28 freeway, replacing stoplights with interchanges. I sponsored the legislation for the Route 28 freeway and will drive it to completion. I've worked closely with [Rep. Frank R.] Wolf to bring Metrorail to Dulles. I secured $13 million to widen Route 7 from Fairfax County Parkway to Reston Parkway. I will continue to build on this record of innovative transportation solutions."
