"I have a successful record of being tough on crime and working together with law enforcement to prosecute crime and make our communities safer places."
"The most urgent issue is the poor performance of the current administration. Loudoun County is soft on crime and dismisses more cases than almost every other jurisdiction in the state. The voice of the community is absent in Loudoun courtrooms, with prosecutors trying less than half of the statewide average. The reason: lenient plea agreements in most felony cases. The inefficient and ineffective track record that has been built over seven years is the result of, among other things, failure to communicate and cooperate with law enforcement and county government. The results have jeopardized the safety of Loudoun citizens."
