"I am the most experienced candidate seeking this office. I will abandon the failed practices of the past and work toward a new success."
"With regard to the sheriff's office, there is no question waste is a factor in the erosion of law enforcement in Loudoun County. This is compounded by indifference for the statutory requirements of the office. These are cultural factors suffered as a result of many years of failure. The culture of this department must change now in order to serve a growing and prosperous community. It is time to reject the failures of the past and look forward to new success in the future. Loudoun voters must look beyond the Loudoun Sheriff's Office for the required leadership."
