We must expand our community policing program, institute an aggressive gang suppression program, and constantly review and update homeland security policies and training. The sheriff must communicate with the commonwealth's attorney, Board of Supervisors, School Board, Virginia State Police, fire and rescue and the citizens of Loudoun County. The sheriff needs to mend fences with these agencies and the citizens to move the Sheriff's Office forward."
