"Affordable housing is becoming out of reach for people who live in Loudoun County. A major factor contributing to this is high and excessive escalation of real estate taxes. Real estate taxes have virtually doubled in the past five years and will probably double over the next four years. I will strongly advocate lower property taxes and propose a cap on tax escalation for property and business taxes."
