"The correct prioritization of spending in Loudoun County's budget process. Proper balance is a necessity to ensure an excellent public education system, put a priority on public safety, have a transportation system that fixes the missing links and moves people and recreational services that meet the needs of the communities it serves. The taxpayers' money is not being used wisely to create more businesses, jobs and to fix transportation needs. It is not serving the people that pay it, period. The focus must be put back on the people's needs and not on special interests within Loudoun County."
