"I am the only candidate opposing packing 30,000 new residents into Sterling, signed a homeowners tax relief pledge and am supported by law
enforcement."
"The 'smart-growth' package rammed through Loudoun County's Board of Supervisors—over the objections of residents at public hearings, causing multimillion-dollar legal bills to taxpayers and to those same residents forced to defend their rights in court—uses density packing to force most of Loudoun's growth to take place in our community or in the area immediately around it. Crime is a problem, too. Alongside Sheriff Stephen O. Simpson, I have supported increased staffing of the deputies since my first year and worked with and welcomed Simpson's opening of the Sterling Community Policing Station."
