"I have a strong, proven record of working hard, reaching out and listening to citizens, helping people, finding solutions and getting results."
"Growth. It has led to congestion on our roads and in our schools and loss of green space. There is no quick fix for this. I will continue to work with local officials, strive to ensure Prince William gets its fair share of state dollars and support programs to help local government deal with these issues. State government must be more efficient, effective and accountable. The 'Roadmap to Virginia's Future,' resulting from my legislation, will provide a framework that directs resources to critical core services, such as transportation and education, and assist in the re-engineering of state government."
