Biography:
Jim Buell grew up in Bethesda, Md., and lives in Mt. Olive, N.J. He graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with an undergraduate degree in political science and from the Wharton School of Business with an MBA. After graduation, he worked as a human resource executive, leading several human resource departments including Overlook Hospital in Summit, N.J.
For the next 25 years Buell provided human resource consulting services to healthcare and other industries.
Buell is married and has three grown children. He is recently retired. In 2003 he entered politics and was elected to the town council in Mount Olive, N.J.
