Jim Moran's lack of integrity and respect for our men and women in uniform, and his blatant offensive remarks and aggressive behavior toward his constituents, has cost the citizens of the 8th District the ability to have a voice and a vote of leadership in Congress. Jim Moran has reduced himself to being a minor player in the minority party, and his behavior has made him an ineffective member of Congress."
