Why should voters elect you?
"As a retired military officer, family man, small-business owner and Bush presidential appointee to the State Department, I will be an effective congressman."

What do you think is the most urgent problem facing your jurisdiction?
"My top priorities are taxes and fiscal responsibility, economic growth and jobs, homeland security and public safety, education, ending transportation gridlock and protecting our natural resources. We need a leader in Congress who will fight for accountability for the taxpayers. I understand that taxpayers should keep more of their paychecks. I will work with leaders at all levels of government to encourage business development to create quality jobs. As a retired military officer and presidential appointee, I am the only candidate with the necessary experience to assist President Bush with homeland security and protecting our communities."
