Why should voters elect you? "Our current representative's top priority is putting casinos in our neighborhoods. I am a leader with the right prioritieseducation and children come first."
What do you think is the most urgent problem facing your jurisdiction? "We have an education crisis in our district. My opponent is unable to get full funding for No Child Left Behind. As a member of the majority party, I will be a strong and effective advocate for increased education resources for our district. The current representative opposed reauthorization of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act. If we give educators the resources they need, I believe that every child can learn. As your representative, I will help increase parental involvement, and I have a specific plan to solve discipline problems in the classroom. Education is the foundation for our future."
