Biography:

Brian R. Thomas was born in 1971 in Steubenville, Ohio, and resides in Scio. He graduated from Edison South High School in Richmond in 1989.

He received a certification of completion for carpentry, welding and basic machining from Jefferson County Joint Vocational School the same year and completed the Weirton Steel machine apprentice program in 2000.

Thomas has completed several other vocational and leadership courses. He now works as a Computer Numerical Control machine operator at Coalfor Manufacturing Inc. in Minerva.

Thomas and his wife, Janet, have two children.
