Biography:

Naomi Preston was born in Cleveland, Ohio, and currently lives in Boise, Idaho.

She attended Denison University in Grangeville, Ohio, where she graduated with a bachelor's degree in psychology in 1977.

After obtaining her degree, Preston took a position as a marketing research analyst in Lathrup Village, Mich. She then moved to Battle Creek to accept a market research position with the Kellogg Co.

In 1979 she was promoted to Assistant Product Manager in the cereal marketing group, working on Kellogg's largest cereal brands.

Ore-Ida Foods, Inc., of Boise, Idaho recruited Preston in 1981 for a management position in their New Ventures & Acquisitions department. For the next seven years, she served in a variety of marketing positions with the company.

While pursuing her marketing career, she was also pursuing her passion of training her wild horse, Mustang Lady. After leaving Ore-Ida, Naomi was able to pursue her dream of training and competing horses and conducted horse training clinics across the country.

For the past ten years, she has been a small business owner, operating Wild West Bakery & Espresso, in Eagle, Idaho.

Preston is engaged to Sgt. Lee Pearce of the Oregon State Police.
