Why should voters elect you?
"I want to give the residents of Maryland's District 4 a voice again to get our concerns heard and our needs met."

What do you think is the most urgent problem facing your jurisdiction?
"The vitality of our region depends on education. Quality education lays a foundation for quality of life, economic growth, strong families, better health care and safe and thriving communities. Currently our public schools are underfunded and overcrowded. My wife, Faith, is a teacher in the 4th District and is a living report card of the progress schools can make and the needs still to be met. As congressman I want to hear from educators, administrators and PTA moms and dads about the ways Congress must improve federal education policy and give the 4th District a voice again."
