What do you think is the most urgent problem facing your jurisdiction?
"Transportation congestion is my jurisdiction's most urgent problem, which can be solved by the Levi Levy high bridge and tunnel from Fort Washington, Md., to Fort Belvoir which a local newspaper about eight years ago published along with my picture in a hard hat. All other solutions, like the rebuilt Wilson Bridge, are only a Band-Aid to a festering wound destroying the enjoyment of our nation's capital by people of all walks of life."
