Why should voters elect you?
"Voters should elect me because, rather than getting tied up in partisan politics, I have remained focused on local issues and have developed doable solutions."

What do you think is the most urgent problem facing your jurisdiction?
"One of the most urgent problems facing this area is high property taxes. Property taxes have increased beyond what many hard-working families can afford. People on fixed incomes, like retirees, have been hit hardest. The last thing we want is for people to be forced to sell their homes because of circumstances that they can't control. Affordable housing is meaningless unless people can afford to live in the homes that they buy. That's why as my district's next delegate, I will fight to cap property tax assessment rates to 5 percent a year."
