Can you give me some advice about Washington entertainment? For example, I have family visiting this weekend -- where should I take them?
Your best bet for getting concierge-type assistance is to submit your question to our live discussion called Got Plans, held every Thursday at 1 p.m. We also have a discussion devoted to kids entertainment, Got Plans With Kids, held every other Wednesday at noon. (From the Live Online schedule, click on Thursday for this week's Got Plans and Wednesday for Got Plans With Kids.) When you submit a question, the entire Entertainment staff -- and our readers -- will weigh in with ideas. You might even find your answer without having to submit your question if you search the Got Plans archive: Do a Google keyword search and include the terms "got plans" and "site:discuss.washingtonpost.com."

What events are happening on … [a specific day in the future]?
You can navigate to a search return of any specific day's events through our calendar. Advance to the month you want by using the arrows on the side of the calendar, then click on the date for a list of possibilities.

How do I find the details on ... [an event or location]?
The blue search box on the top left-hand side of each page in the Entertainment Guide can help you find everything the site has to offer. If you're looking for a review of a theater performance or restaurant, want to scout out the vibe at a new club or need the date and time for an upcoming event, you'll find it by typing keywords in here.

Where can I find a list of auditions?
In the Entertainment Guide, we list only major auditions or open calls for extras in movies. If "Enemy of the State II" was being filmed in Washington, you'd see it in our guide. For community theater and other stage auditions, look in the print version of The Washington Post Weekend section or Sunday Arts section. Both have an advertising section called "Guide to the Lively Arts."

I want to reserve a private room for a party, for example, a bachelorette party, a rehearsal dinner or a group event.
This story lists establishments you can reserve for private events.

    I can't find a review.
The Entertainment Guide is a planning tool for leisure in Washington. We give you information to preview activities. In the Entertainment Guide, you will find previews of upcoming events and reviews of continuing movies, exhibits and performances. You won't find reviews of past events, for example, a concert that happened last week. If you're looking for a review that appeared in the newspaper, you can find it through the site-wide search that appears on the washingtonpost.com homepage and on all article pages. Articles can only be viewed for free for two weeks following the publication date.

How can I get my event or business listed on your site?
    Please see our submission guidelines.

I have a question about comics.
For questions and comments about the comics in The Washington Post, send an e-mail to comics@washpost.com.

I wrote a user review, and now I want to change it.
If for some reason you aren't pleased with a user review you've submitted, the first thing you can do is flag it as objectionable. Click the "Request Removal" button under your review and follow the instructions; it will go into our queue for review. You can then submit a new review.

I'm having problems using your site.
For general comments, questions or technical concerns about washingtonpost.com, send an e-mail to webnews@washingtonpost.com. When you e-mail us to notify us of such an error, please help us to help you. We can better troubleshoot if we know what you're using: your browser (Netscape 4.5, Internet Explorer 6.0), your operating system (PC - Windows 2000, Mac - OS X) and the exact URL (http://www.washingtonpost.com/) of the page that led you to a problem.

How do I contact writers for The Washington Post?
Please see this page for information. To send comments to the Style section of The Washington Post, e-mail style@washpost.com.

I have a correction for the Entertainment Guide. Whom do I contact?
You can e-mail the appropriate person. See this list for contact information. If you are seeking general entertainment advice, please submit your question to our live discussion called Got Plans, held every Thursday at 1 p.m.
