'Men in Black II' Here come the men in black ... again: Tommy Lee Jones and Will Smith reprise their roles in "Men in Black II." (Columbia Tristar)
Here is a list of movies that open this week in the Washington area.

Movies That Open July 3:

"Like Mike" (PG): Even though he's only 5 feet 2, orphaned teenager Calvin Cambridge (Lil' Bow Wow) dreams about a life as a professional basketball player. When he acquires a pair of sneakers reputed to have been Michael Jordan's, that dream starts happening.

"Men In Black II" (PG-13): Four years after the events of "Men in Black," Jay (Will Smith), who still works for the Men in Black agency, discovers a new menace endangering Earth. Her name is Serleena (Lara Flynn Boyle), and she's an evil Kylothian monster who disguises herself as a sexy lingerie model. But when Jay contacts his former MIB partner, Kay (Tommy Lee Jones), he runs into a small problem. Kay has become a postal worker and has absolutely no memory of his time spent chasing aliens.

"The Powerpuff Girls Movie" (PG): Based on the popular cartoon, the movie details how Blossom, Bubbles and Buttercup, three friends and superheroes, met and became a team to save the city of Townsville (and the world) from monsters and other dangers.

Movies That Open July 5:

"Pumpkin" (R): When Carolyn (Christina Ricci) and her sorority friends conspire to win awards for coaching mentally challenged athletes, something unexpected happens. The vacuous Carolyn starts falling in love with Pumpkin Romanoff (Hank Harris), the retarded athlete she's coaching. Carolyn's evolution causes her to become a social outcast among her pals, including shallow Julie (Marisa Coughlan).

"Late Marriage" (R): Zaza (Lior Ashkenazi) is a 31-year-old man whose parents are distraught because their only son isn't married. After many abortive attempts to arrange a marriage, they discover Zaza's having a torrid affair with a woman they consider less than suitable.
