Balancing Seated Twist with Medicine Ball

Starting Position
Begin by sitting on the ground and leaning back so that your upper body is approximately 45 degrees to the floor. Lift your feet off the floor approximately 6 inches, keeping your knees flexed. Hold a medicine ball in front of you, trying to keep your arms as straight as possible without locking your elbows.

Action
Rotate your upper body to the right as far as comfortably possible. Touch the ground with the medicine ball and rotate as far as you can comfortably possible to the left and touch the floor. Try doing 2 sets with 10-12 repetitions (each side).
