Child Access Prevention Laws By State
Eighteen states have enacted standard Child Access Prevention Laws: California, Connecticut, Deleware, Florida, Hawaii, Illinois, Iowa, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, North Carolina, Rhode Island, Texas, Virginia, and Wisconsin.
