    LIQUID ARTILLERY SHELL
    Purpose:     To deliver chemical agents to enemy troops.
    How it works: A chemical nerve agent, such as VX, could be delivered from a mobile cannon on the ground with a liquid-filled artillery shell. When the shell is fired, it explodes in the air, causing the deadly liquid to rain down on troops and terrain.
