Kim O'Donnel

For three weeks in March (and part of April), What's Cooking host Kim O'Donnel cooked and logged on from the Piedmont region of Italy.

Enrolled in the Master Course at the Culinary Institute for Foreigners, in Costigliole d'Asti, Kim learned the fundamentals of authentic, regional Italian cuisine and wine.

An Italian Journal is a multimedia presentation capturing Kim's experience overseas, chockful of photos, recipes, short stories and audio clips.
