Current Board Members
Alice M. Rivlin, vice chairman of the Federal Reserve, is the incoming chairman of the board. The Post profiled Rivlin in 1993.
Constance B. Newman has agreed to serve a second term.
Robert P. Watkins III, a Washington lawyer with a civil rights background, joined the board for its second term.
Eugene Kinlow, who served on the D.C. Board of Education from 1979 to 1990 and is a member of the Washington Area Metropolitan
Transit Authority, joined the board in the fall of 1998.
Darius Mans, an economist with the World Bank in Washington, joined the board along with Kinlow.
