Each of the state’s 47 legislative districts sends three delegates to Annapolis, for a total of 141 members of the House of Delegates. Some larger districts are divided into subdistricts to provide local representation to areas not large enough to constitute an entire district.

I will work tirelessly and will do what is best for Laurel. The voters deserve nothing less. I will push to ensure local schools are fully funded. For safer neighborhoods, I'll fight to add local commissioners. I'll propose computerized notification to strengthen victims rights. I'll fight for fairer HMO rules and increased health care choices for our seniors, and will vigorously protect and promote the racetrack and local businesses."
