Why should voters elect you?

Why should voters elect you?
"I have actively represented the people who elected me. I seek their counsel, and listen to their concerns. I fought against the Redskin stadium with the residents in Laurel. I have proposed an alternative route for the extension of light rail down the I-97 corridor in an effort to have the residents of Georgia Avenue enjoy the quality of life that should be afforded to them. I worked for security on the light rail lines (we now have such), and I am still working to discontinue the 'honor system.' We must continue to work for quality education."

What do you want voters to know about you?
"I am accessible to my constituents, and I am genuinely concerned about their welfare. I know the importance of quality education. My child attends public schools."
