How do I register my child for school?

First, call the School Board's administrative office at 703-771-6400 to find the school that serves your area (if you can't find it on your own). You must register at that school by bringing proofs of residency and immunization, a valid Social Security number and a birth certificate for the student, and a transfer slip or report card from the previous school system, if applicable. New elementary students also should bring a copy of a report from a recent health physical.
