How do I register my child for school?

Registration is handled by the school serving your area. You can call the Prince William County Public Schools Planning Office at 791-7273 to find the appropriate school. Bring a birth certificate, proof of a physical exam (required for students entering grades K-5), immunization records and a Social Security number. There is no fixed deadline for registering students, but children who will be 6 years old on or before Sept. 30 must attend school.

You can also find more information about enrollment, school hours and scheduling on the school system's official Web site. (To return to this page, hit the "back" button on your browser.)
