At-large City Council Candidate Carol Schwartz
Carol Schwartz, president of the Metropolitan Police Boys and Girls
Club, was formerly an at-large city council member, vice-president of
the D.C school board, and the Republican nominee for Mayor of the District.
Schwartz is again running for an at-large city council seat and may try
to unseat Marion Barry in 1998.
