D.C. Assessments

The chart shows the percentage increase in assessed property values by residential neighborhood from 2002 to 2005. Totals include commercial properties, which will skew the results in favor of neighborhoods with large business sectors, such as Georgetown. Assessments for 2006 will be released at the end of the month.
