What do you think is the most urgent problem facing your jurisdiction? "Manassas Park's most urgent issue is the lack of citizen representation in our current city government. Few city residents are content with the unprecedented rising residential taxes, rapidly increased multifamily housing, unchecked city government spending and a government that often operates on what's-in-it-for-me-agendas (as witnessed in the gambling business venture fiasco). Most residents feel unheard and abandoned by their city leaders, and increasing numbers have plans to relocate outside the city in hope of finding a more accountable, responsible city government. When elected, I will ensure true representation of the citizen's voice in all government initiatives."
Why should voters elect you? "My successful experiences in city government, as a USAF officer, business manager and educational leader offer a proven resume for an accountable, responsible government leadership."
