What do you think is the most urgent problem facing your jurisdiction? "The melding of the many cultures that make up Herndon's community is both an opportunity and a challenge. The challenge is how to incorporate the new without losing touch with our roots. Herndon needs a bridge to unite our community and bring about positive change. I am committed to work as a bridge to unite these two worlds, to help incorporate the new members into our community, creating a united, compassionate, prosperous community that will not allow divisiveness to prosper. We must work together to unite our community."

Why should voters elect you? "Fifteen years as a street police translator, experience as an international development banker and consultant give me the unique experience required for the job."
