What do you think is the most urgent problem facing your jurisdiction? "In a district that believes in constant improvement but has finite resources, hard decisions will have to be made about the policies, programs and practices that will help meet the goals and objectives of a new strategic plan. That plan will continue to address our concerns about attracting, retaining and providing professional development for teachers and other staff as we strive to be competitive with surrounding jurisdictions. It will also address the need to provide improved curricula and supports to celebrate the talents and strengths of each and every student."

Why should voters elect you? "With four years on the FCC School Board and 10-plus years as a volunteer in FCCPS, I have the experience to do a good job."
