What do you think is the most urgent problem facing your jurisdiction? "Neighborhood preservation. We are nearing completion of a complete revision of our zoning ordinance. We are ready to begin a critical review of the comprehensive plan. The zoning ordinance and comprehensive plan revisions will help protect the character of our neighborhoods. Overcrowding continues to be a problem in our neighborhoods. I support our aggressive approach to solving the problem. We have added staff to perform inspections and resolve violations. We have instituted a process to bring legal action against serious offenders. We are contacting Realtors, lenders and owners to ensure they understand our regulations. We must continue this aggressive approach."

Why should voters elect you? "My record demonstrates a positive approach, strong leadership skills, clear vision and the dedication to serve. I am committed to improving our quality of life."
