What do you think is the most urgent problem facing your jurisdiction? "I believe the most urgent issue facing our community is how we can take academic excellence to a higher level for all of our students. Because of a changing global economic environment, we must compare ourselves not just with schools in the region, but with the best school systems in the world. This will require more support for our teachers to help all students reach higher standards. To accomplish this, we must be wise stewards of existing tax dollars as we tap the vast resources of the metropolitan area."
Why should voters elect you? "As an experienced and successful educator and school board member, I bring leadership and vision to building on excellent schools. I ask for your vote."
