Why should voters elect you?

"I will ensure thoughtful and people-centered development which will improve the tax base and city services without displacing existing residents."

What do you think is the most urgent problem facing your jurisdiction?

"Ward 5 is experiencing unprecedented urban revitalization and development. It is imperative our elected officials be mindful and careful about how they proceed with urban revitalization and they must be cognizant of the potential byproducts of such revitalization. The continued and growing inequities in city services, particularly historically under-served residents, are obvious byproducts of the current development onslaught. We must be attuned to the long-standing (and previously neglected) needs of our city's residents while simultaneously attempting to revitalize our city. Our goal must be to create fair and balanced strategies for Ward 5 and the city."
