Why should voters elect you?

'As father, soldier and legislator, I have been committed to serving our families. Martin O'Malley and I have detailed plans to help our middle-class families.'

What do you think is the most urgent problem facing your jurisdiction?

'The special interests and George Bush have controlled policy in the governor's office for the last four years to the detriment of Maryland's families. We have seen a 40 percent increase in tuition, double-digit increases in energy rates and 160,000 more Marylanders without health care. Maryland can do better. We need leadership that once again puts the needs of families ahead of the needs of the special interests and the White House.'
