Why should voters elect you?
"Applying my professional experiences, proven track record for positive change and leadership will result in improved services for the sheriff's office and to the community."

What do you think is the most urgent problem facing your jurisdiction?
"Staffing shortages within various units of the department resulting in overtime expenditures and unbalanced resources have led to diminished services to the community and low morale of the deputies and civilian employees of the department. A comprehensive workload analysis and staffing audit will be required to assess the current workforce and address the need for organizational changes and justify additional resource requirements. Also, a long-term strategic plan is key in addressing these issues at the county level. New leadership and a clear vision will boost department morale and result in enhanced and improved public safety services to the community."
