"So I can continue to address the needs and concerns of the residents in my district and continue to represent them by voice and vote."
What do you think is the most urgent problem facing your jurisdiction?
"There are many special challenges in the district that I represent and in Montgomery County. However, I would like to continue fighting for more school construction and school operating funds. I will not be content until I see K-12 education fully funded and complying with the Thornton Plan that was passed in 2002. Furthermore, I will continue my efforts in addressing county school construction needs. We must quickly renovate aging school buildings and continue to fund new school construction projects to address our growing school system's needs. Montgomery County schools must continue to move forward."
