Why should voters elect you?

"My record shows that I strive for consensus and community-based solutions — and am willing to fight for the communities I am honored to represent."

What do you think is the most urgent problem facing your jurisdiction?

"Restoring public confidence in land-use decisions. Our experiences with Clarksburg and Seven Locks have highlighted the need for greater transparency. I am committed to providing oversight regarding the planning department and — as a member of the education committee — the public school system to ensure that communities are seen as partners, not adversaries. I have an established track record of making this happen through moderation and consensus-building. The Potomac and Woodmont Triangle master plans, and the ultimate resolution of the Seven Locks issue, are examples of how this can happen."
