What do you think is the most urgent problem facing your jurisdiction?

"Overdevelopment and affordable housing. I believe that the environmental, business and economic leaders as well as local and state government should work together for planned growth that is beneficial to everyone. Smart growth was an excellent initiative because it redeveloped older communities and cut down on sprawl. The smart growth initiative from the past administration really utilized all of the entities that I have mentioned to cut down on sprawl in suburban areas."
