Why should voters elect you?

"District 18 has been my home for over 30 years. I know the communities and I understand their needs."

What do you think is the most urgent problem facing your jurisdiction?

"The most urgent issue is to maintain the high quality of living that Montgomery County is known for. Montgomery County is known for its excellent schools, but there are some schools in my district that are performing below the rest of the county. We need to set high standards for all students, teachers and administrators K-12 in order to close the performance gap. We need crime prevention programs that keep our communities safe. We need affordable housing for young singles, elderly and families."
